I turned my favourite school snack into a portable fibre delivery system. Serve with a cold glass of milk for a trip down memory lane.
|2||Slices of Dempsters WholeGrains bread|
|.5||an apple, sliced|
|2 tbsp||Peanut butter|
|1||Dash cinnamon (optional)|
1. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter onto one side of each slice of bread
2. Place apple slices onto one slice of bread, peanut butter side up. Place the other slice of bread on top, peanut butter side down. Serve immediately.
