8 Slices Dempster’s WholeGrains® Ancient Grains Bread
1/3 cup (80 mL) Dijon mustard
8 Slices Swiss cheese
1 lb (450 g) Thinly sliced pastrami
2 Kosher pickles, thinly sliced lengthwise
Olive oil


PREHEAT panini grill to medium (325°-350°F or 160°-180°C).

PLACE bread on a clean flat work surface and spread each of four slices with Dijon mustard. Top with a slice of cheese, pastrami pickles another slice of cheese and the second slice of bread. Brush both sides of the sandwich with olive oil and place two at a time on the panini press. Grill for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
