Made from some of my favourite things!
|1 bunch||Parsley - Chopped|
|1||Onion - Chopped|
|4||Green Onion - Chopped|
|2 cup||Baby Arugala|
|4||Garlic Cloves - chopped|
|3 tbsp||Fresh Ginger - coarsely Chopped|
|4||Chicken Breast - 2 inchDiced|
|Salt and Pepper|
Saute the Chicken in Olive oil with Garlic, ginger and onion about 10 minutes. remove from pan.
Add remaining ingredients to pan, cook l 5 minutes and stir in chicken.
Season with Salt and pepper.
Serve with Basmati Rice
