1 deboned chicken breast, flattened
1/4 cup shredded mozzerella
1/4 cup pasta sauce - any flavor
1 tsp parmasean cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg- beaten
1/8 tsp italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste


In a medium bowl combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste, mix. Dip chicken breast in egg wash, then dredge in bread crumbs, back into egg wash, and back into bread crumbs, until crumbs fully coat chicken. Pan fry on medium heat in a bit of oil, until done, about 3- 5 minutes per side. Remove and place on tinfoil on pan to be put into oven on broil. Pour over pasta sauce and top with cheese, put into oven until cheese melts, then remove, and eat with favorite side dish.
