Overnight Cinnamon Oatmeal

About this Recipe

A quick & delicious breakfast - It requires little effort & prep. A definite must try for families on the go :D

Ingredients

1 cup Steal Cut Oats
4 cup Water
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Vanilla/Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker & stir. Cook on "low" for 8 hours.
**I like to stir - if possible - a few times. However, it's not needed for the recipe to come out perfect**

Serve with sliced banana.

Makes 4 servings

**I have also tried serving with raisins & cinnamon, apple, maple syrup, & jam. You can also add 1 cup of apple before cooking**

Notes

Although I'm not a big fan of conventional oatmeal... this easy to make & effortless breakfast dish has become a staple in our home.
