2 Slices (77 g) Dempster’s® Healthy Way® Boost My Protein!
.25 cup (60 mL) Dried unsweetened cranberries
.25 cup (60 mL) Pitted kalamata olives
3 Whole toasted walnuts
1 tsp (5 mL) Packed basil
1 tsp (5 mL) Packed parsley
.25 tsp (1.25 mL) Lemon zest
1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
1 tsp (5 mL) Balsamic vinegar
2 tsp (10 mL) Olive oil
2 Romaine lettuce leaves
1 tbsp (15 mL) crumbled goat’s cheese
2 Slices Natural Selections™ Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast


PULSE cranberries, olives, walnuts, basil, parsley, lemon zest, mustard, vinegar, and oil in a food processor.

SPREAD one slice of bread with 2 tbsp (30 mL) cranberry and nut tapenade.

TOP with lettuce, turkey slices, Goat’s cheese and remaining bread slice to form sandwich.
