Use Spinach leaves instead of lettuce
|2||slices oatmeal bread|
|4||slices Oven Roasted Turkey Breast by Naturals|
|2||teaspoons butter or margarine|
|a||squeeze or two of mustard|
|salt||and pepper to taste|
|3-4||spinach leaves depending on size|
|on||the side: carrot sticks|
|pepper||slices and dip|
Spread butter on bread and then spread mayonnaise and dribble mustard, sprinkle with salt and pepper to desired amount.
Lightly fold turkey slices in half and lay across 1 slice of bread overlapping each other.
Lay spinach leaves over top.
Top with other slice of bread and slice in half.
Serve with raw veggies and dip and an apple or your choice of fruit and a bottle or thermos of water.
