Sticky sweet honey mustard chicken wings with a hint of garlic.
|1||Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Chicken Wings|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Honey|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Grainy mustard|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Olive oil|
|Zest and juice of 2 lemons|
|1||Clove garlic, minced|
|Green onion, for garnish|
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
COMBINE honey, mustard, oil, turmeric, lemon zest, juice and garlic in a pot and bring to a boil. Add chicken wings and toss to coat.
SPREAD wings onto prepared baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 185°F (85°C).
JULIENNE green onions and place in cold water to curl. Garnish wings with curled onions before serving.
