|4 tbsp||(60 mL) Ready prepared hummus|
|1||Orange, peeled and thinly sliced|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Alfalfa sprouts|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Olive oil|
|4||Slices Schneiders® Country Naturals® Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled (optional)|
|Salt and pepper|
ASSEMBLE each sandwich by spreading 2 tbsp (30 mL) of hummus on two slices of toast. Divide the avocado, orange slices, and alfalfa sprouts between the two sandwiches. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with crumbled bacon bits, if using. Season with salt and pepper and top with remaining toasted bread.
