3 Dempster’s® Deluxe Hamburger Buns
1 (175 g) Package Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Uncured Baked Ham
4 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
2 Tomatoes, sliced
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese


PREHEAT broiler.

DIVIDE the ham slices between each half of the three buns.

MIX chopped eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Divide between the buns on top of the ham. Place one or two slices of tomato on top of the egg mixture and top this with ¼ cup (60 mL) of grated cheese.

PLACE on a baking sheet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the buns are warmed.
