Layer Maple Leaf® Country Kitchen® Smoked Ham, baby spinach, Swiss cheese and Dijon mustard atop a slice of Dempster's® WholeGrains™ 12 Grain Bread for a delicious and nutritious lunch option!


20 ml Dijon or honey mustard
300 g MAPLE LEAF® Country Kitchen® Smoked Ham, thinly sliced
500 ml Fresh spinach or lettuce
4 Slices Part-skim Swiss cheese
4 Slices DEMPSTER’S® WholeGrains™ 12 Grain bread / BON MATIN® 14 Grain bread


PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C)

SPREAD 1 tsp mustard on each piece of bread. Top each with ¼ spinach or lettuce, ham, and slice of cheese.

BAKE for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.

SERVE immediately.
