Enjoy a greek salad, on the go!


3 tomato, chopped into 2cm squares
1 english cucumber, chopped into bite-size pieces
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
4 whole wheat wraps
1/2 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp pepper


In a bowl, mix tomato, cucumber, feta, oregano and pepper. Top with balsamic vinegar and olive oil; stir again until covered.
Divide between four wraps for a vegetarian treat!
