Enjoy a greek salad, on the go!
|3||tomato, chopped into 2cm squares|
|1||english cucumber, chopped into bite-size pieces|
|1/3 cup||crumbled feta cheese|
|1/4 cup||balsamic vinegar|
|1/4 cup||olive oil|
|4||whole wheat wraps|
In a bowl, mix tomato, cucumber, feta, oregano and pepper. Top with balsamic vinegar and olive oil; stir again until covered.
Divide between four wraps for a vegetarian treat!
