Enjoy a greek salad, on the go!
3 | tomato, chopped into 2cm squares |
1 | english cucumber, chopped into bite-size pieces |
1/3 cup | crumbled feta cheese |
1/4 cup | balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup | olive oil |
4 | whole wheat wraps |
1/2 tsp | oregano |
1/8 tsp | pepper |
In a bowl, mix tomato, cucumber, feta, oregano and pepper. Top with balsamic vinegar and olive oil; stir again until covered.
Divide between four wraps for a vegetarian treat!
