One Pot Turkey Pasta

About this Recipe

None of the typical thanksgiving flavors! Great if you need a change.


4.5 cup water
12 oz spaghetti
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 Pkg grape tomatoes cut in half
6 garlic cloves
4 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cooked turkey leftovers
2 tbsp basil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese


Add all ingredients except chèese to large frying pan or pot. Bring to a boil, cook for about 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Top with cheese and serve.
