None of the typical thanksgiving flavors! Great if you need a change.
|1||onion, thinly sliced|
|1 Pkg||grape tomatoes cut in half|
|4 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 cup||cooked turkey leftovers|
|salt and pepper to taste|
|1/4 cup||Parmesan cheese|
Add all ingredients except chèese to large frying pan or pot. Bring to a boil, cook for about 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Top with cheese and serve.
