My family loves eggs and Maple Leaf products! This is a yummy back to school idea and perfect for breakfast and dinner too!
|1 Pkg||Maple Leaf Fully Cooked Maple Sausage, sliced|
|1 Pkg||Maple Leaf Natural Selections Single Serve, sliced|
|1 cup||shredded mozzarella cheese|
|1 can||mixed vegetables, well-drained|
|4||hot peppers – optional and if you can stand the heat!|
|Pinch||salt and pepper to taste|
Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir in well-drained vegetables. Pour into your favourite baking dish. Add cheese and sausage. Top with hot pepper. Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 4. Enjoy!
