Savoury bread pudding - why not? A delicious combination of fried kielbasa, gooey mozzarella, tangy sauerkraut, and slightly sweet honey mustard


2 slices, Dempster's Garden Vegetable Bread
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 2 inches of kielbasa, finely chopped and fried
2 tbsp sauerkraut, drained
3 tbsp honey mustard
1/2 cup mozzarella, cut into small cubes


Preheat oven to 400 F
Spray two 1 cup ramekins and set aside
Whisk eggs and egg milk
Tear bread into small pieces and press into the milk/egg mixture
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine
Divide equally between two ramekins and bake 25-30 minutes on a covered cookie sheet to catch any overspills
Let stand 5-10 minutes. Best served warm
