3 cups (750 mL) Green leaf lettuce, torn
1 cup (250 mL) Green beans, blanched
3/4 cup (175 mL) Grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup (125 mL) Nicoise or Kalamata olives
2 (170 g) Cans chunk light tuna, drained
4 Hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1 Lemon, juiced
3-4 tbsp (45-60 mL) Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 Pom™ Classic Style Pitas, halved


PLACE lettuce in a bowl with beans, tomatoes and olives. Gently break the tuna into small chunks and add to the bowl along with hard-boiled eggs. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss.

DIVIDE the filling between the pita halves and serve
