Dempster's® Naan Bread brushed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toped with fresh Bocconcini, sliced tomato and chopped basil. A light summer dinner idea that can be made in minutes!
|40 ml||OLIVIERI® Basil Pesto Sauce|
|4||DEMPSTER’S®/ POM® Indian Naan|
|1||Package MAPLE LEAF Prime® Grilled Chicken Strips|
|125 ml||Tomatoes, diced|
|330 ml||Mozzarella cheese, shredded|
PREHEAT oven to 450° F (230° C).
SPREAD 2 tsp (10 mL) of pesto on each naan bread.
DIVIDE chicken, tomatoes and cheese evenly among naan breads.
PLACE naan on a lightly greased baking sheet, bake for 5-6 minutes or until cheese melts.
CUT into sticks and serve immediately.
