About this Recipe

Dempster's® Naan Bread brushed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toped with fresh Bocconcini, sliced tomato and chopped basil. A light summer dinner idea that can be made in minutes!

Ingredients

40 ml OLIVIERI® Basil Pesto Sauce
4 DEMPSTER’S®/ POM® Indian Naan
1 Package MAPLE LEAF Prime® Grilled Chicken Strips
125 ml Tomatoes, diced
330 ml Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 450° F (230° C).

SPREAD 2 tsp (10 mL) of pesto on each naan bread.

DIVIDE chicken, tomatoes and cheese evenly among naan breads.

PLACE naan on a lightly greased baking sheet, bake for 5-6 minutes or until cheese melts.

CUT into sticks and serve immediately.
