About this Recipe

you can use olive oil , you have take the sausage out of the casing..

Ingredients

1 green bell pepper
1 tsp black pepper
2 Pkg mushroom
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 onion
1 garlic
3 sausage schneiders

Directions

saute onion garlic on a pan with a little oil
add mushroom when garlic turns brown and onion's are half cooked
add bell pepper
celery
wait till boil and serve

sausage mucb be out of the casing or you can use ground beef
