Simply sauté mined garlic, chopped onion and sliced mushroom with butter and sprinkle with basil to serve!
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Butter|
|½ tsp||(2 mL) Ready prepared minced garlic OR 1 garlic clove, minced|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Coarsely chopped red onion|
|4 cups||(227 g) Sliced mushrooms|
|¼ tsp||(1 mL) Dried basil|
In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion and mushrooms; sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.
