About this Recipe

Simply sauté mined garlic, chopped onion and sliced mushroom with butter and sprinkle with basil to serve!

Ingredients

2 tbsp (30 mL) Butter
½ tsp (2 mL) Ready prepared minced garlic OR 1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup (250 mL) Coarsely chopped red onion
4 cups (227 g) Sliced mushrooms
¼ tsp (1 mL) Dried basil

Directions

In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion and mushrooms; sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.
