Soup to energized from busy days and relaxed
|2 tbsp||fish sauce|
|1 bunch||bitter melon leaves or bitter melon|
boiled Munggo beans to cook, , take the water out, separate it.. in a soup pan, saute in onion, garlic tomatoes, add shrimp , and Munggo beans, boilied them after add the bitter melon/leaves and serve hot.
You can enjoy bitter melon in any which way.. the leaves are just perfect combination with Munggo, shrimp add some tropical taste and you can enjoy them any time of the day.
