Get ready to prepare the ultimate breakfast sandwich. Sausage rounds, bacon, cheese, egg, and tomato, all stacked between four slices of fresh bread. Can you finish this monster sandwich?

|4||Slices Maple Leaf® Ready Crisp® Bacon|
|4||Slices Dempster’s® Stays Fresh™ White Bread|
|4||Slices Medium Cheddar cheese|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Butter, room temperature|
|2 tsp||(10 mL) Cayenne pepper hot sauce|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Whipped salad dressing|
HEAT sausage and bacon according to the package directions. Set aside and keep warm.
SPREAD one side of each slice of bread with butter. Place two slices of cheese and two slices of bacon between two slices of bread, butter side out. Repeat with remaining two slices of bread. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Grill sandwiches in the hot pan until golden brown and cheese has melted. Set aside and keep warm.
ADD a pat of butter to the same pan and fry one egg for 1-2 minutes for over easy or about 2 minutes for over hard.
MIX together whipped salad dressing and hot sauce.
ASSEMBLE sandwich by topping one of the grilled sandwiches with ½ the hot sauce mixture, sausage rounds, tomato slices, fried egg. Spread remaining hot sauce mixture on one side of the second grilled sandwich and place on top of fried egg.
Top with arugula for a peppery crunch.
