1 Tenderflake Pie Shell
1 Pkg Shiriff Lemon Pie Filling
2 Eggs
2 cups water


Thaw & bake pie shell as per pkg directions. Make lemon filling as per pkg directions. You will need COLD and HOT water. Make Meringue as per pkg Direction. Bake as directed on pie filling pkg.


I like lot of meringue so I use 3 eggs - add 3rd egg yolk to pie filling with no problem. The 3rd egg white gives more volume to your meringue.
