Ingredients

1 Package (4 pieces) Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Chicken Thighs
1 Package (5 pieces) Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Chicken Drumsticks
2-4 Maple Leaf Prime® Portions Boneless Pork Chops
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp (30 mL) Paprika or Ready prepared BBQ spice blend
2 Russet potatoes
16 slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Bacon
1 Package (500g) Schneiders® Country Naturals® Hot Sicilian Countryside Sausage

Directions

GREEN CHIMICHURRI SAUCE:
8 Cloves garlic
1 cup (250 mL) Parsley leaves
½ cup (125 mL) Oregano leaves
½ cup (125 mL) Cilantro or mint
1 tsp (5 mL) Chili flakes
1/3 cup (80 mL) Apple cider vinegar
½ cup (125 mL) Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper

SMOKY RED CHIMICHURRI SAUCE:
8 Cloves garlic
1 cup (250 mL) Parsley leaves
½ cup (125 mL) Oregano leaves
½ cup (125 mL) Cilantro or mint
1 tsp (5 mL) Chipotle chili pepper
1 tbsp (15 mL) Smoked paprika
1/3 cup (80 mL) Red wine vinegar
½ cup (125 mL) Olive oil
Salt and pepper

CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE:
½ cup (125 mL) Mayonnaise
¼ cup (60 mL) Sour cream
1 tsp (5 mL) Grainy mustard
1 tsp (5 mL) Horseradish
1 tsp (5 mL) Lemon juice
Salt and pepper



SEASON chicken and pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika or prepared BBQ blend.

CUT each potato into 8 equal wedges. Wrap each wedge tightly with a slice of bacon. Arrange on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper and set aside until ready to grill.

PREPARE each sauce in a food processor and refrigerate until ready to use. (Can be made 1 day in advance.)

PREHEAT BBQ to medium-high. Place chicken and potatoes on the grill and cook, turning frequently for 18-20 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 185°F (85°C). Potatoes are cooked when they are fork tender and the bacon is crispy.

PLACE sausages and pork chops on the grill and cook, turning frequently for 8-10 minutes for pork chops and 15-17 minutes for sausages or until evenly char-grilled and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

SERVE grilled meats and potatoes on a large platter with the sauces on the side.
