Super simple and easy this little play on a pizza snack will have the kids excited to open their lunch box!

Ingredients

3/4 cup (175 mL) Maple Leaf® Pepperoni, quartered
1 1/2 cup (350 mL) mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup (250 mL) pasta sauce
6 large whole wheat flour tortillas
1 tbsp (15 mL) oregano or Italian seasoning, dried

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees.

LIGHTLY spray a standard muffin 12 cup muffin tin with vegetable oil.

USING a 6 inch cookie cutter cut each tortilla into two rounds.

PRESS each tortilla into muffin cup.

DIVIDE and spoon pasta sauce into each tortilla cup.

SPRINKLE cheese over top followed by pepperoni.

BAKE for about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and pepperoni is browning.

ALLOW to cool slightly and sprinkle with oregano.
