The muffaletta sandwich has its roots in New Orleans! This is a quick and easy version.
|1||D’Italiano® Sausage Bun, split|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Mayonnaise|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Sliced roasted red pepper|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Sliced sun-dried tomato, packed in oil|
|1 1/2||Slices Provolone cheese|
|3||Slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Salami|
|3||Slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Shaved Turkey|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Baby arugula|
ASSEMBLE muffaletta by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun. Layer the remaining ingredients over the bun and top with the remaining half. Enjoy with Tostitos® Scoops® and salsa.
