Quick and easy, full of flavour, light and flaky crust that is perfect for individual enjoyment!
|Ready made dough or tarts|
|1/2 cup||Schneiders Fully Cooked Ham, chopped|
|1/4 cup||Red and Green Peppers, chopped|
|1/4 cup||Onion, chopped|
|1 1/2 cup||Shredded Marbled or Cheddar Cheese|
|Salt and Pepper to taste|
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Press ready made dough or tart shells into muffin tin cups.
Beat eggs and milk together. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour about 1 tsp of mixture into each muffin cup.
Bake at 425 degrees F. for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until cooked.
Times may vary depending on oven. I placed mine on middle rack and then moved to top rack for the last 2 minutes of baking.
Makes approximately 12 mini quiche.
