About this Recipe

Oozing cheese tops this Crunchy easy to bake chicken strip. Placed between a crusty bun it's perfect for tiny hands to hold and munch on at lunch time when the bell rings.

Ingredients

1 Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Strip
1 crusty baguette cut to size
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp. prepared tomato sauce preferably homemade
4 carrot sticks
4 cucumber sticks
1 tbsp. hummus
2 sections of orange

Directions

Bake the chicken strip according to pkg directions.
While the oven is still hot.
Spoon on tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with mozz and bake for another 2 min to melt cheese.
Place in bun and sandwich together.
Add veggies and hummus to the container.
Finish with fruit and beverage
