Kids love Caesar salad and they will really love these little sandwiches! A really nice grown-up lunch too!
|1/3 cup||(156 g) can Maple Leaf® Flakes of Chicken|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Creamy Caesar salad dressing|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Bacon Pieces|
|1||Leaf lettuce torn into 3 pieces|
|1||Schneider’s® European Pepperette, cut into small pieces|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Green seedless grapes|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Cherry tomatoes|
|1/4 cup||Mini ginger snaps|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Tropical fruit juice|
GENTLY mix chicken flakes with salad dressing and bacon bits.
Cut the top off each pita and stuff with chicken mixture and a piece of lettuce.
Pack into the 5x7” (13x18 cm) container.
Place the remaining ingredients in the same container in individual muffin tin liners. Place the container in a lunch bag with the fruit juice in a travel cup.
