Served with a spicy sauce of your choice makes a nice elegant tasty appetizer.


6 Bacon Strips
2 Boiled Eggs Cut into Quarter slices
1/4 lb Ground Beef
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tbsp Chopped Parsley
1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder
Salt and Pepper



Marinate the ground beef with salt,pepper, garlic powder, cayenne powder & parsley. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 deg F

To Assemble

Take 4 slices of bacon on a cutting board and place them in line next to each other slightly overlapping them. Take some of the ground beef mixture and flatten over the the bacon around 3 inches wide. Place 3 -4 egg slices lengthwise on the beef. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the egg. Pull the bacon strips up slightly over the stuffed side first and roll together wrapping tightly.

Place the rolls with the open end of the bacon facing down on the baking sheet so that it doesn't open.

Bake for 35 - 40 min or until the bacon is nice and crispy. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting into half.
