These delicious little bites make a fun lunch box idea for a great addition to the weekly rotation!
2 | Maple Leaf Prime® Chicken Breast Cooked and cubed into 16 pieces |
1 cup | (250 mL) prepared mild buffalo sauce |
Blue Cheese Dressing | |
Carrot sticks | |
Celery Sticks | |
4 | wooden skewers |
PLACE chicken into a large bowl and toss with buffalo sauce.
PIERCE 4 cubes of chicken on to each skewer.
PACK school lunch with a small container of blue cheese dressing and carrot and celery sticks.
IF desired alternate chicken skewers with cherry tomatoes and chopped romaine.
This recipe is recommended for using left over Maple Leaf Prime chicken breast for a simple next day lunch solution.
