On of my favourite recipes!
|1 cup||Cooked Rice|
|1 cup||Black Beans|
|3 cups||Bell Peppers|
|1 cup||Cheddar Cheese, Shredded|
1. Cook the rice as per package instructions.
2. Heat the black beans and flavour as desired.
3. Slice the bell peppers and sauté.
4. To assemble the salad, top the rice with black beans, followed by bell peppers. Top with shredded cheese and a scoop of guacamole.
