This recipe is fast and easy to make on a busy day.

Ingredients

2 cups cold cooked rice
1/2 cup salsa
100 g Maple Leaf Prime Cooked Chicken Slices
1/2 onion
5 white mushrooms
1 green onion
salt
pepper

Directions

Fry onions in a frying pan with a little oil until tender. Slice the mushrooms and add to onions and fry for another minute. roughly chop the chicken and add to veggies, fry until warmed up. Add rice and gently break apart clumps and cook until rice is reheated, Add salsa and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Mince the green onion and sprinkle some on top when you serve it.
