These Mexican inspired Pinwheels are a perfect appetizer for any fiesta! Simply roll shredded Monterey Jack cheese, diced cooked chicken and chopped tomato in a Dempster's® Sun Dried Tomato Tortilla, bake and serve!


4 DEMPSTER’S® Original, Sun Dried Tomato or Cheese Flour Tortillas / POM® Original Tortillas (10”/25 c
230 g cream cheese, softened
250 ml shredded Monterey Jack cheese
250 ml diced cooked chicken
45 ml finely chopped tomato, drained
45 ml chopped fresh cilantro


In a mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Mix well. Spread filling evenly over Dempster’s tortillas. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 20 to 24 hours. Cut rolls into ½" (1 cm) slices. Place on parchment lined or greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350ºF (180ºC) for 15 to 18 minutes or until hot and cheese is starting to melt.
