A spicy Mexican sandwich toned down by the sweet fruitiness of the mango!
|2||Slices Dempster’s® Roasted Grains with Hemp Bread|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Butter, softened|
|2-3 tbsp||(30-45 mL) Ready prepared guacamole|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Chopped red peppers|
|1/2||Small mango sliced|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Fully cooked chicken strips|
SPREAD butter over one of the slices of bread. Mix together guacamole and red pepper and spread on the second slice of bread. Layer the sandwich with mango slices and chicken strips and top with the remaining bread.
