A fuller loaded burger topped with bacon and veggies!
|8||slices of Maple Leaf® bacon|
|1/4||red onion sliced|
|1/2 cup||leaf lettuce|
|1/4||white onion sliced|
|1/4 cup||pickled jalapeno slices|
|1/4 cup||shredded cheddar cheese|
|2 tbsp||hot salsa|
|salt and pepper|
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Season hamburg with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
Cook bacon for 2-3 minutes on grill until crisp. In a small bowl, mix salsa with shredded cheese. Thinly slice the white mushroom. Layer burger, salsa mix, and veggies and bacon on top of a bun, repeat for 3 other burgers. Can be served with your choice of condiments.
