Stacked high and full of goodness this sandwich is super satisfying.
|6||Slices Schneiders® Oven Roasted Turkey|
|6||slices provolone cheese|
|4||slices grilled zucchini|
|1/2 cup||roasted red peppers, sliced|
|1/4 cup||grilled red onion|
|6||sundried tomatoes in oil, minced|
|1||ciabatta bun or hoagie bun|
Preheat grill to medium high heat. In a small bowl combine sundried tomatoes and mayonnaise. Mix well. Spread mayonnaise mixture onto top and bottom of bun. Layer 3 slices of cheese onto bottom bun followed by turkey, zucchini, peppers, onion, remaining cheese and top bun. Wrap sandwich tightly in tin foil. Place sandwich on grill weighed down with a cast iron skillet. Grill for about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Unwrap and enjoy!
