A hearty turkey sausage and bean stew, spiced with earthy rosemary and fresh orange.


1 tbsp (15 mL) Olive oil
1 Onion, chopped
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp (15 mL) Tomato paste
2 Sprigs rosemary, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) Orange zest
1 tsp (5 mL) Ground paprika
1 (19 oz/540 mL) Can White kidney beans, drained
1 cup (250 mL) Halved cherry tomatoes
1 Jalapeno Chicken Sausages, sliced into rounds
1 cup (250 mL) Beef stock
Salt and pepper


HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add onions and cook for 2-3 minutes, add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

STIR in tomato paste, rosemary, orange zest, paprika, beans, tomatoes, and cooked turkey sausage, cook for 1 minute. Add beef stock, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
