|1/4 cup||(60 mL) spreadable goat cheese|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) baby spinach|
|salt, fresh cracked pepper|
TOAST split bagel halves.
SPREAD goat cheese over the bottom halves of each bagel.
TOP each with spinach and tomatoes
COOK eggs in a non-stick skillet until desired doneness and arrange over tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with remaining bagels to make sandwiches.
