Who doesn’t love meatballs! Wrapped in a tortilla, quick, easy and healthy!
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Olive oil|
|1||Clove garlic, minced|
|1||(650 mL) Container marinara sauce|
|32||Schneiders® Fully Cooked Meatballs|
|1 1/2 cups||(375 mL) Grated Italian cheese blend|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Grated Parmesan cheese|
|4||Dempster’s® Original Large Tortillas|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Baby spinach|
HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Add meatballs and stir to coat with sauce. Continue to simmer until meatballs are heated through, about 10 minutes.
ASSEMBLE dinner wraps by arranging eight meatballs in the center of each tortilla. Top with additional sauce. Divide the Italian cheese between the each and top with grated parmesan and baby spinach. Roll into a wrap and serve.
