Meatball and Cheese English Muffin Sandwich

About this Recipe

A meatball sandwich for breakfast. Why not? A cinch to make when using precooked meatballs that's delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

1 Whole Grains English muffin
4 precooked frozen meatballs
2 small but thick slices of mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp your favourite spaghetti sauce from a jar

Directions

Cook frozen meatballs covered in a microwave on high for about a minute or more until meatballs are hot. Place meatballs on bottom half of muffin. Spoon spaghetti sauce over meatballs and heat in microwave for about 20 seconds on high until hot.

Place cheese slices to cover the other half of muffin and microwave on high for about 30 seconds or until cheese has melted. Sandwich both halves together and enjoy with lots of napkins!
