Prepare for the next holiday dinner with an easy to cook Marmalade Glazed Ham that the whole family will love.


2 1/2 lbs (1 kg) SCHNEIDER’S® Olde Fashioned Fully Cooked Smoked Ham
1/4 cup (50 mL) Marmalade
2 tbsp (30 mL) Mango chutney
1 tsp (5 mL) Lemon zest
1 tbsp (15 mL) Lemon juice
2 tsp (10 mL) Prepared mustard
1 Clove garlic, minced
Few drops Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp (45 mL) Brown sugar


PREHEAT oven to 325ºF (160ºC).

REMOVE outside wrapper from ham. Heat ham, uncovered, in preheated oven for 1/2 hour.

COMBINE marmalade, chutney, lemon rind, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and Tabasco sauce in a small saucepan. Bring to boil. Spoon some sauce over ham and sprinkle with brown sugar.

RETURN ham to oven and continue cooking for 30 to 45 minutes, basting again with remaining sauce.

TIP: If desired, garnish ham with orange slices, cherries and greens. TIP: Replace mango chutney with more marmalade.
