About this Recipe

Great with yogurt dipping sauces


1 maple leaf price chicken breast
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
3 green onions
1 tbsp cider vinegar
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp olive oil


Slice chicken breast, peppers, and onion into chunks, place into a baggie. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper, lemon juice, oregano, and olive oil into the baggie, toss to coat. marinate for 20-30 minutes. Heat the grill and place chicken on bamboo skewers with different veggies. cook for 3-5 minutes, turning once in a while, until done. serve with your favorite yogurt based dipping sauce such as tzatziki.
