Easy and tasty beef tenderloin makes a delicious dinner.
|5 L||beef tenderloion|
|5 tbsp||minced garlic|
|1/2 cup||olive oil|
marinate beef in the refrigerator rubbed with minced garlic and drizzled with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Keep turning for 24 hours, bbq on a spit. Takes approx. 2 hours at low heat. Slice and serve.
Easy to make when you have a big crew at your house.
