I love the combination of the slight bitterness from grilling and the sweetness of this glaze. While you certainly could use it on salmon baked in the oven I love it on the grill.


6 Fresh Salmon Portions
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Honey Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste


Season the salmon with salt & pepper

Grill the salmon on a preheated and oiled grill.

Prepare the glaze by combining the remaining ingredients and mixing well.

When salon is about 75% cooked move to the top rack of the bbq and apply glaze and close cover. Re-apply every 3-5 minutes until you have used up all of the glaze and the salmon is fully cooked.
