I named them egg pucks because, well, they look like them !

Ingredients

2 tbsp milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup Maple Leaf ham (shredded)
1/4 cup chedder cheese
salt

Directions

I used an omelet pan to make the pucks. Scramble eggs with 2 table spoons milk and salt. Add cheese and ham. Fry over medium heat. Flip after a few minutes then serve.
