|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Ricotta cheese|
|½ cup||(125 mL) Mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)|
|2 tsp||(10 mL) Maple syrup|
|Pinch of cinnamon|
|2||Sprigs of fresh mint, roughly chopped|
LIGHTLY toast the bagel. Spread each half with 1 tbsp (15 mL) of Ricotta cheese. Top with mixed berries. Drizzle with maple syrup, a sprinkling of cinnamon and chopped fresh mint.
