Ingredients

1 package Maple Leaf Prime® Pork Back Ribs
1 tbsp (15 mL) Tomato paste
.5 cup (125 mL) Cider vinegar
.5 cup (125 mL) Maple syrup
2 tbsp (30 mL) Dijon mustard
.25 cup (60 mL) Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp 30 mL) Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL) Soy sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL) Chili powder

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 300°F (150°C).

PLACE ribs in a 9x13” (3.5 L) rectangular baking dish. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the ribs. Cover with foil and bake 2 ½ - 3 hours or until fork tender.

Notes

Tips: Try these in the slow cooker on high for 4-6 hours or low heat for 8-10 hours.
