This ham dish has a truly Canadian taste because of the maple and is perfect to serve as a fun and delicious alternative to the regular ham you always serve!
1 | (800 g) Maple Leaf® Country Kitchen® Black Forest Smoked Ham |
2 tbsp | (30 mL) Pure maple syrup |
1/4 cup | (60 mL) Apple butter |
1 tsp | (5 mL) Grainy mustard |
PREHEAT broiler to high. Arrange rack in the upper third of the oven.
SLICE ham into 1” (2.5 cm) thick pieces and arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer.
WHISK together remaining ingredients and brush liberally over each slice of ham. Broil for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn slices over, brush the other side and return to the broiler for an additional 4-5 minutes. Serve with your favourite side dishes.
