Spicy and delicious! Quick and easy! The sweetness of the mango and the glaze really compliment the spiciness of the sausage.

|1||(300 g) Package (4 pieces) Schneiders® Spicy Jalapeno Chicken Smoked Sausages, cut into quarters|
|1||Small red pepper, large dice|
|1||Ripe mango, large cubes|
|1||Small red onion, cut into wedges|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Honey|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Lime juice|
|Salt and pepper|
PREHEAT a lightly oiled grill to medium.
WHISK together all of the ingredients for the glaze and set aside.
ASSEMBLE kebabs by threading sausage, pepper, mango and onion onto a skewer; repeat with remaining ingredients and remaining skewers.
BASTE each skewer with glaze. Place on the preheated grill for 5-6 minutes turning frequently. Baste with additional glaze if desired.
