Enjoy the taste of summer by cooling down your SPICY JALAPENO J.M.Schneiders Chicken Smoked Sausage with SWEET MANGO in this delicious Jambalya that will leave your mouth smiling!


2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 large Onion
5 stalks Celery
1 can Diced Tomatoes (796mL, 28oz)
1 tsp Paprika
1 dash Chipotle Chili Pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 cup cooked Rice
1 Pkg J.M.Schneiders Chicken Smoked Sausage SPICY JALAPENO, sliced
1 Chicken Breast
350 g medium Raw Shrimp
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Pnion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
2 Mangos, cored and diced


- In a large pot warm 1 tbsp of olive oil, sauté chopped onions and sliced celery until tender (2 minutes). Add can of diced tomatoes. Season with paprika, chipotle chili pepper and worcestershire sauce. Stir in cooked rice, and heat through for 10 minutes.

- Combine cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and poultry seasoning in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over chicken and shrimp. In a large frying pan warm 1 tbsp of olive oil, sauté chicken breasts (about 15 minutes), shrimp and Schneiders Chicken Smoked Sausage (about 5 minutes) until cooked through. Set aside.

- To serve top tomato rice with sliced Schneiders Chicken Smoked Sausage, sliced chicken breasts, shrimp and diced mango.
